Light airy T-shirt. I use it under my jersey in weather up to 20°C. It proved to be excellent in windier weather, the back was dry and protected from cold. I definitely recommend it. I'm 181 cm, 79 kg and I bought size M. If you don't mind a tight undershirt, I would recommend at least one size bigger.
